It is good to read some of the feddback out there in cyberland. This nugget came from RightMichigan.com’s Nick.
Stealing a page from the MoveOn.org playbook, apparently. (No, I don’t mean that to disparage Mr. Copple in any way.) They love, lately, to find Iraq war vets and run them as Democrats on an anti-war ticket. Mr. Copple’s particular views on the current war with Islamic terrorism over in “the sandbox” may not be quite in line with George Soros’s though.
Still, the challenger’s got himself one heck of a tough race there. Frankly, it’s a more positive sign than many will realize that the Republican Party even has a candidate in the District. Often times in those tri-county Congressional Districts it’s a race against the clock to find anyone brave enough to put their name on the ballot.
This year there will be no race against the clock. We’re starting our grassroot efforts in April. We have a lot of doors to knock on. I could use your help. Interested? Email us at volunteer@bertcopple.com.
My name is Bert Copple, and I’m ready to be your next Congressman.
HOPE. FAITH. CHANGE in 2008!
